The conference "Entanglement, Information & Noise"
took place on June 13 - June 20, 2004 in the International
Conference Center in Krzyżowa (Kreisau) in Lower Silesia (Poland).
Several European scientists working on the theory of quantum information have decided in Krzyżowa on 15 June 2004 to establish a European Research Network "Krzyżowa Initiative for Quantum Information" (KIQI).
